Two products. Overnight is billed per night. Companion is a monthly hour bank, due on the 1st. Same caregiver. Never mixed on one invoice line.

Hours, not tickets. Clock starts when I leave and stops at drop-off. Walk-up is $165 for 3 hours, then $55/hr.

How you pay
- 01Pick a plan. Standing is the default — four typical visits.
- 02Charge lands on the 1st. First month due when you say yes.
- 03After each visit: hours used, hours left, a short note.
- 04Unused hours roll 30 days. Extra hours bill $55 at month-end. Overnight never comes out of this bucket.
Pause or cancel with 14 days’ notice. Cancel inside 24 hours, or a no-show, draws the 3-hour minimum.
